Sandra Reimer
Sandra Reimer founded CoLabourNation in 2020 to help Canadian business owners and freelancers collaborate. She has a knack for seeing synergy between people and loves to connect them for mutual benefit.

Sandra co-organizes Communitech’s Future of Work & Learning Peer-to-Peer Group and is a member of the Conestoga College Entrepreneurship Collective (CEC) Advisory Committee. She was a business mentor for women entrepreneurs in the Rhyze Ventures Program. Sandra was also the Managing Director of The Word Guild, a national writers' organization, and a member of a national men’s magazine editorial board.
As a freelance communication strategist and writer for 20 years, Sandra helped world-changing businesses and nonprofits tell their stories. She used her gift for strategic storytelling to write compelling funding proposals that raised millions of dollars. Sandra learned to ask insightful questions while interviewing and writing about hundreds of individuals—from wealthy CEOS to people in poverty. She has vetted, hired and collaborated with dozens of freelancers for her own business and clients.
Her superpowers include clear communication, creating efficient systems, and making people feel seen, heard and valued.

As CoLabourNation’s Marketing Specialist and Product Designer, Jass develops social media content, e-books, and impactful marketing tools. She also helps connect business owners with skilled Canadian freelancers.

With a natural curiosity and an intuitive understanding of what drives people, Jass is deeply passionate about creating seamless and effective client experiences. She earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Behaviour from McMaster University and a post-graduate certificate in UX Research and Design from Humber College.
Jass’s unique blend of creativity and insight helps foster successful collaborations between Canadian business owners and freelancers. Her superpowers include meeting deadlines, thorough research, and just one more design option.
